Shipping SOP：

1.Register at zebox.my to start using the shipping service.

2.Forecast Package – Submit package details to receive an
arrival notification email.

3.Place Shipping Order – After receiving the arrival email
and the package status shows Collected, place a shipping order.

4.Pending Weight – The system calculates the total shipment
weight.

5.Pending Payment – Await customer payment based on the
final shipping cost.

6.Pending Shipment – Payment is confirmed and the shipment
is queued for dispatch.

7.Tracking Number – The package is shipped and tracking
details are provided.
